Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping & Delivery
All Stock Items in our NY Facility are shipped 1-2 days via USPS Ground.
We will notify you as the Item leaves our packaging facility.
For all other items Please refer to the estimated time of delivery on the product page. Please note the time noted is approximately and may change due to large volume orders or holiday seasons Etc.
Orders received on A Weekend/Holiday will be processed Monday the following week.
We Offer free delivery on all US orders.
We cannot offer International Shipping Orders on all Items, as some are being held by international shipping fulfillment centers and limited to US deliveries only. – Please Check the Product page on delivery. – Any Question or special Request please e-mail us at Support@stardustny.com

Order Fulfillment

We Use several Fulfillment centers to fulfill our orders in New York and around the world.
From New York , where we manufacture and stock our clothing Line , to Canada , China and Europe where we have Custom manufacturing and direct shipping to the clients house.
The custom manufacturing and shipping is done via various method of Shipping. Please refer to the specific product page for more information.

Returns

We want to you to have to best possible shopping experience with Stardust.
We accept returns on Items within 30 days of receiving the Order.

Depending on which fulfillment center and the reason for the return, we will let you know where to return the items.

Shipping charges of return Items will be at the purchaser’s expenses. International returns, all fees including customs are the purchaser’s responsibility.
All returns must not be worn, damaged or altered in any way and all tags must be attached. For the return of swimwear, the sanitary lining must be attached.
Stardust holds the right to reject a return if it does not meet the criteria mention above.
